Toshiba Dvd Writer Upgrade
Can I upgrade my dell dimension c521 to be able to run Call of Duty 5?
I was planning to create my own computer but a friend gave me a dell dimension c521 for free and I was wondering if it would be possible to upgrade it to the standard were it could play call of duty online.
2.4GHz AMD Athlon 64 3800+ • 1GB 533MHz RAM • Dell Nforce 410 motherboard • 160GB Samsung hard disk • Toshiba TS-H553A DVD writer • 256MB ATi Radeon X1300 Pro • 19in Dell TFT • Dell keyboard and mouse • Microsoft Works 8.5 • Microsoft Encarta Standard 2006 • Microsoft Money Deluxe 2004 • Windows XP Home.(The pc Spec)
Would it be possible to add these things? ot anything else I may need.
Processor: AMD 64 3200
+/Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz or better
Memory: 8 GB free hard-drive space, 512MB RAM (XP)/1GB RAM (Vista)
Graphics: Shader 3.0 or better, 256MB Nvidia GeForce 6600GT/ATI Radeon 1600XT or better.
Honestly I would get another gig or two of ram for a bit smoother performance, and I would get at least an NVIDIA 8600. You want to enjoy the game with decent graphics and smooth running not just the bare minimum.
newegg.com is the best place to find all this you can match up your computer using the RAM finder on there so you get the right memory.
